1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, "Customer", "Client", or "you") and GriffinsScript ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the GriffinsScript multi-tenant software-as-a-service application hosted at grifinsgigs.online and any associated subdomains, APIs, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, selecting a plan tier, generating an automated website, or operating a tenant rewards platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Architecture & Multi-Tenant Services

GriffinsScript is a specialized multi-tenant rewards engine and hosting platform. Through our centralized SaaS control plane, customers may:

• Automatically provision isolated GPT rewards websites ("Tenant Websites") on platform subdomains or custom domains.
• Configure digital reward faucets, PTC (Paid-To-Click) advertising networks, shortlink engines, and offerwalls.
• Manage cryptographic payouts via external payment aggregators (including FaucetPay and Payeer).
• Customize branding, color schemes, platform logos, and public promotional content.

Each tenant instance operates in an isolated environment with distinct user records, faucet history, currency configurations, and withdrawal ledgers.

3. Customer Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to establish a customer account. By registering, you warrant that all registration details submitted are truthful, current, and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and two-factor authentication tokens. You agree to notify GriffinsScript immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach affecting your customer dashboard or provisioned tenant environments.

4. Website Provisioning, Subdomains & Custom Domains

When launching a rewards website, customers are assigned a unique subdomain (e.g. brand.grifinsgigs.online). Subdomain handles are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must not infringe upon trademarks, copyrighted brands, or third-party intellectual property.

Customers on qualifying subscription tiers may connect custom apex domains or subdomains (e.g. rewards.yourdomain.com). It is the customer's responsibility to properly configure DNS CNAME/A records pointing to our server infrastructure. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify subdomains that impersonate official financial institutions or violate our Acceptable Use standards.

5. Cryptographic Software Licensing & Entitlements

Access to tenant platform capabilities is governed by unique cryptographic software license keys issued by our licensing engine (formatted as GS-TIER-XXXXXXXXXXXX).

• License Scope: Each license key grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable entitlement to deploy and operate the permitted quota of rewards platforms under your active subscription tier.
• Integrity Enforcement: Modifying, spoofing, tampering with, or attempting to reverse-engineer software verification routines will result in immediate license revocation and account forfeiture.
• Verification: The platform periodically verifies license state against our central registry to ensure entitlements match your active plan quota.

6. Subscription Plans, Billing & Crypto Gateways

GriffinsScript offers both 100% Free Starter Tiers and upgraded paid tiers (such as Growth Pro and Enterprise).

• Free Starter Tier: Free plans require zero credit card or cryptocurrency deposit and grant perpetual, unexpiring access within free resource limits.
• Paid Subscriptions: Billed on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. Payments are settled via automated cryptocurrency gateways (such as FaucetPay Merchant IPN). Entitlements activate automatically once on-chain/gateway confirmation is verified.
• Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and automated instant provisioning of server resources, all digital payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or verified double-billing error.

7. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Fraud Standards

As a platform tenant operator, you strictly agree NOT to:

1. Deploy or facilitate scripts, bots, headless emulators, or autoclickers that exploit third-party advertising partners.
2. Manipulate server-to-server webhook callbacks or postback signatures to falsify member earnings.
3. Distribute malware, phishing links, deceptive downloads, or unlicensed financial investment schemes.
4. Interfere with or circumvent the rate limiting, firewalls, and DDoS shielding protecting the central infrastructure.

8. Third-Party Integrations & Offerwall Networks

Tenant rewards websites integrate with third-party networks, including offerwall aggregators, shortlink providers, and cryptocurrency micro-wallets. GriffinsScript does not control, endorse, or assume liability for third-party offer availability, conversion approval rates, survey rejection policies, or payout suspension by external networks.

9. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

GriffinsScript, its core engine, database schemas, styling frameworks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Customers retain full ownership of their custom trade names, uploaded logos, member databases, and independent brand graphics deployed on their tenant websites.

10. Account Suspension, Deletion & Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to any customer account or tenant instance without liability if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

Customers may delete their account at any time via the Customer Portal settings. Upon account deletion, provisioned tenants, API credentials, and associated operational records are de-provisioned in accordance with our data retention schedule.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GRIFFINSSCRIPT, ITS DIRECTORS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
